I had quite comfortable days staying at this small hotel. I was upgraded to a vintage double room with a lovely bathroom. Excellent services were available.

Had really nice stay overall, stylish place and the weather was very warm. The hotel was in a marvellous location, next to a tube station. Furthermore, the area was crowded. The suite was newly renovated, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. And it had a lovely view to the park.

The suite is recently renovated and has a small refrigerator, very good Wi-Fi, and coffee. The breakfast is nice, and the location is fantastic close enough to tube, train and buses and a lot of restaurants. The hotel provides a good service.

Incredible and amazing location right beside Shepherds Bush tube stop so super convenient, the hotel is next to a tube station. Shepherds Bush district is absolutely worth visiting.

Personnel was superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating!
It had marvellous location adjacent to the tube and major shopping mall with Restaurants nearby, sightseeing and retail therapy and Westfield for £15 for 14-24h.

The room was good value for money, also it had smoke detectors. The bed was very clean, as were the pillows. The hotel's location was quiet, very close to the nearby Holland park to Kensington Highstreet as well as a shopping mall with restaurants and bars.

Fabulous food choices for breakfast. Brilliant, unbeatable location not far from the Westfield Shopping centre & Shepherds Bush Tube Station and a huge shopping mall and a myriad of eateries.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

There were several leisure facilities available, including free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and express check-in/out at the 24-hour reception desk. Our room had a flat-screen TV, AM/FM alarm clock, telephone, and in-room safe. The dining facilities were adequate, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. We appreciated the carpeted floors and the comfortable bed and bedding. In short, we highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Appreciated our fabulous and luxury rooms in this hotel.
The setting was prime, short walk to railway station, Westfield shopping centre, Shepherds Bush tube station and many restaurants and the tube. Didn't like when it was particularly hot outside, went to Kfc to relax and grab some food.

I got comfortable modern room with a small mini fridge, very good Wi-Fi, and coffee. The staff was superfriendly, I'm grateful for their help. Its location relatively close to Church of st Simon was marvellous.
